Transportation.
The fastest way of transportation between the airport and Hong Kong – Airport Express. The trip takes only ~24 minutes(~60HKD).
Tourist Octopus(card) – it costs +39HKD, sold with no deposit, works for payment on all kinds of city transportation.
Airbus A can deliver you to key locations of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Walled City and New Territories(including Lantau Island) using more than twenty comfortable routes, making fewer stops on the way than their city counterparts.

Hong Kong Tramways, registered in the Book of Guinness Records as of 2021, are still coursing around the north side of the island.
In Hong Kong the taxis are separated by color codes: Red ones cover almost all of Hong Kong, Green are for New Territories and Blue ones are for Lantau Island.
On Hong Kong shorelines the ferries became one of the main ways of transportation, connecting Hong Kong Island with Kowloon Walled City and other islands.

Communication.
The Internet in Hong Kong is very fast and accessible, with great coverage(4G/5G), free public Wi-Fi in many places such as airports, MTR, parks and cafes. For tourists its more convenient to us eSIM or local SIM-Card from the local operators such as CSL, China Mobile and Three.
In Hong Kong they use British G-Type Sockets(220V/50Hz), you may need an adapter.

Currency.
1$ ~ 7,8 HKD.
In Hong Kong cash is mandatory, it’s better to exchange currency in licensed private spots like Kin Shing, Birdy Exchange or Ngau Kee where there is no commission. It’s recommended to always carry around small-value banknotes.

Safety.
It’s recommended to install an Online Translation App on your mobile phone.
Hong Kong has left-side roads, you need to be careful when crossing the road. In tourist and populated areas there is a danger of pickpockets and scammers trying to force services upon victims.
