The duration of the Tour includes the period of Día de los Muertos in Mexico — it’s a bright and life-centered celebration lasting November 1~2 when families honor the memories of the dead, believing that the souls come back home which can be seen in the altars with offerings decorated with flowers and sugar skulls. It also includes carnavals and visits to the cemeteries. This National Holiday becomes the subject of nonmaterial legacy of UNESCO.

Transportation.
The system of public transport in Mexico varies and includes subways, Metro-bus, trolleybuses, Cablebús(cable cars), Tren Ligero and RTP. For all modes of transportation a single universal top-up card Tarjeta de Movilidad Integrada is used.
In Mexico to call a taxi through an App the most popular and safe choices would be Uber, DiDi, inDrive and Cabify.

Communication.
Internet in Mexico is available through mobile operators Telcel, AT&T and Movistar with a purchase of their SIM-Card/eSIM.

Currency.

Safety.
Historic center(Centro Histórico) and specific places(Roma, Condesa, Polanco) are considered ones of the safest and fashionable, with good infrastructure and night life.
In tourist and public spots you must be careful of pickpockets and scammers trying to force services upon victims. It’s better to carry only small amounts of cash with yourself, personal documents and money is better to leave in a safebox. To order a taxi you should use the App.
It’s ill-adivised to visit unfamiliar distant places at night, stop taxis on the street and purchase services from random vendors. It’s not safe to drink tap water, take care when eating food purchased from street vendors, take care not to buy drinks with ice or eat unwashed fruits.
